Have the flu. I will be at least a week off training. I don’t even care just now.
Nothing today. I’ll make up for it tomorrow. Spinning hell during lunch is the plan.
…and I feel a cold coming on.
Trying all sorts of quackery to hold it at bay.
Echinacea, green tea with fresh ginger, sauna and sleep.
Hopefully I won’t be singing The Smiths tomorrow:
“Please excuse me from gym, I’ve got this terrible cold coming on…”
I’ll be there and will run as fast as I can. Sub 37 still on the cards? We’ll soon see.
Three straight zero days. Sick child and otherwise busy. I feel that I am able to absorb the current training sessions I am doing; it’s tie to step up the duration again… Morning training is possible – I just have to seiz the oportunity.
