As much as I’d love to cycle again today I feel it’s time to get a good long run done. In the morning I did some simple strength exercises:
Some shorthand first:
“|” : knuckles parallel to body
“-” : knuckles perpendicular to body
- Push-ups:7,7,7,10(|),7,7,7,10(-),15(|),12(-) – total 88
- Stretch cords for about 5 minutes (mainly focusing on the catch)
Missed my run – I fell asleep!
