Week 27 – most likely finished

I’m travelling tomorrow and have a million things to do today so my training for the week is most likely complete.

The week was as follows:

Monday: Zipp

Tuesday: Fast short run. 34minutes average of 4:08/km

Wednesday: On the indoor trainer. 5x4min on, 4 min off

Thursday: MTB – 43 minutes. I felt very tired during this. Maybe a little dehydrated.

Friday: Tough run at the track. 6×1200 yards in 3:58, 3;56, 3;56, 3;56, 3;54, 3;52. Average of 3:35/km

Today I feel pretty fresh despite the fact that the interval session was one of the most difficult sessions I have ever done. It was also very hot – 25 C in the shade and the interval session was ran in direct sunlight…

While post title said I’m finished for the week I’ll see if I can squeeze in something else. I have a 5km race on Wednesday.
