I did a pretty easy day today. Jumped aboard the treadmill and ran 5km in 19 minutes – easy enough until the last km where I was running at 18km/h!
I then did something that I have did once last week and did not report: I got on the concept2, attempted a 5km session and climbed off after 1km. I am completely unable to row since my 60km challenge two weeks ago… I just can’t generate any power.
Dejected and defeated I decided to do a swim – no plan. 40 minutes non stop at about 1:34-1:36/100m was what came out of that.
The snow is melting outside and it’s almost time to start structuring my week and making a plan for the year.
